Hello my lovelies,
Today I'm posting my favorite blog post ever. It's my parents 33rd anniversary Event Post. Last month I hosted their Anniversary Party and as usual, my mom resisted the idea to the max. She hates dressing up and taking pictures or doing anything public.
There are so many qualities of my mom that I wish I had inherited. Other than our features we are completely different in our personalities. My brother is almost 50% like my mom when it comes to being patient. But no one can be like her, for sure. She is patient, she is kind, loving, forgiving, and she has a big heart.
Ya Allah! Give my mom good health, a long life & keep her say. Ameen.

A Little bit about my dad, he looks like my older brother (mashallah). He looks young compared to other parents. He is hip and cool, and really up to date with technology. He just downloaded snap chat. I don't if I'm happy about that. He is hard-working and giving. He never says no to anyone. I'm 100% like my dad emotional, straightforward, don't know how to be diplomatic. Whatever is in my mind is on my face. To be honest, my dad has changed a lot over the years my mom has worked hard on him. I'm still trying to change she is working on me too..Hopefully one day she'll succeed, but I highly doubt it.
Let's talk about the event, so last minute I could barely do anything in week and a half. I was trying to have Great Gatsby event, but then I just realized its Desi people to arrange uncle aunty dawat it's not going to work out. I'll just stick to black and gold theme and hopefully pull whatever I can. I totally forgot to mention the surprise gift was - The Hajj Package - Me and my siblings have been planning this surprise since last year to send them for Hajj. It was perfect moment to gift them this package on their 33rd Aniversary.
